3. BCCA is a very tough course with Mathematics
No, BCCA is a mix of Computer Application and Commerce with more focus towards Computer Application from 2nd Year onwards. The Introduction of Semester Pattern has made the program relatively easier to pursue.
4. BCA is a pre-requisite for MCA
No, even BCCA/B.Sc. graduates with Mathematics as one of the subjects at HSSC-Science Stream/Under Graduate level may pursue MCA provided other eligibility conditions are fulfilled.
5. BCCA students cannot do MCA
Earlier BCCA Graduates were not eligible. But, now they are also eligible to pursue MCA provided they had Mathematics as one of the subjects in HSSC (Science).
6. B.Com.is very easy.
No, B.Com. has been made a highly competent Degree Program by revamping the entire syllabi. One is required to be studious.
7. There are no job prospects after BCCA.
No, the job prospects are quite brighter now after qualifying BCCA as the syllabi have been designed as per industry requirements.
8. CA/CS students cannot do BCCA/BBA.

No, both the courses are absolutely different. BCCA is the degree program of Commerce & Management Faculty whereas BCA belongs to the Faculty of Science & Technology.

No, lateral entry to any Degree program is not allowed by the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.

No, students willing to apply for revaluation may do by paying Rs. 150/- per subject. A student may apply for the revaluation of any 2 subjects only. The provision of supplying Xerox copies of valued answer books has been discontinued by the University.
